While designing this 1000 square foot condo, each item was carefully selected to maximize the space visually and functionally, and to evoke the feeling of small luxury.  We selected alabaster porcelain and clean lines for the fireplace, nero marquina porcelain for the tabletops and modern furniture upholstered in soft velvets. The warm, natural hues of the space enhance the comfort of the furnishings. Three irregular shapes hide in different textures layered on top of each other, creating a vibe that is at once on trend and uniquely timeless. Accented with mirrors, glass and polished metals, the space appears precious and modern
